First-Gen Society

This isn't a moment, it's a movement.

An intentionally small, high-trust private network for first generation individuals who are navigating adulthood, career milestones, and wealth-building without an inherited family blueprint. No sales pitches, no business card passing, and no awkward small talk.

Why I Built This Room

Jessica R. Taylor, Founder & Chapter Host

Founder's Note

I did what so many first-generation achievers were taught to do: I worked twice as hard, kept my head down, documented every single win, and officially earned an "exceeds expectations" rating. But when I brought the receipts to the table to ask for the compensation I had rightfully earned, the answer was still "no."

That rejection revealed a truth that traditional networking events never talk about: doing everything "right" on paper isn't enough when you're navigating unwritten corporate rules, compensation ceilings, and wealth building without an inherited family blueprint.

When I shared that story online, hundreds of first-gen professionals saw themselves in it. It made one thing undeniable: we don't need more transactional networking events or generic "keep hustling" advice. We need a raw, confidential table where we can speak open truths about what we are actually experiencing, trade real operational playbooks, and build real power together.

That is why First-Gen Society™ exists. I'm setting the table I wish I had twenty years ago, and I'd love for you to join me.
